Racing Appeal Board
Introduction
The Tasmanian Racing Appeal Board is an independent body established by the Tasmanian Government under Section 23 of the Racing Regulation Act 2004 to handle appeals for the racing industry.
Appeals may be lodged with the Tasmanian Racing Appeal Board against certain decisions of the Tasmanian Racing Board, a registered club or steward (refer section 28 of the Act for more details).
