Integrity Assurance Board
Introduction
The Integrity Assurance Board is an independent body established by the Tasmanian Government under Section 21 of the Racing Regulation Act 2004 to adjudicate appeals arising from the statutory decisions of the Director of Racing.
Appeals may be lodged with the Integrity Assurance Board against certain decisions of the Director of Racing, (refer sections 22D and 22E of the Act for more details).
